Edible Schoolyard NYC, NY (2015-Present)

The Edible Schoolyard Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing sustainability awareness, gardening, and culinary education to New York public schools. Edible Schoolyard NYC partners with public schools in low-income areas to bring garden and kitchen classrooms to students and neighborhoods. ESNYC will be incorporating Young Chefs’ lesson plans into their classroom programming, using culinary science education to give students a hands-on opportunity to engage with the food that they are growing.
